What is happening in the kitchen today?

So I am home for the day and have decided to spend it in the kitchen. We are going down to San Diego to hang out with friends this weekend, so I wanted to make some snacks that would travel well and would be thouroughly enjoyed. I decided to try the banana chocolate marble loaf that the TWD group made this week, as well as the old standby of chocolate chip cookies. I will post recipes and pictures when everything comes out of the oven. Wish me luck!
